ID verification is required to prevent fraud and keep the eXchanger community safe.

It's also compulsory, when you want to increase your initial buying and selling limits of digital currencies on eXchanger.

Go to Account verification in the settings page to complete verification and increase your benefits of your  extended usage of eXchanger on https://eXchanger.TEL

In the event you forget your password, you can reset it with your existing profile.

Please use the following steps to successfully reset your password:
1. Visit the Password Reset page.
2. Enter your email address and click "reset password".
3. An email will be sent to the email address you saved when you first registred. A temporary password will be then sent to you, to be able to login to your account.
4. then Go to the Edit Profile and change your password to a stronger and suitable one you will remember

If you have lost access to the email address you have used to create your eXchanger account on https://eXchanger.TEL , talk to us.

We will need to initiate a verification process with you, to help verify your full ownership of the account.

This manual process may require a little bit of time on our side and might be charged to you according to our Terms and Conditions


  1. Log on to eXchanger.TEL from any device, including your TELEPHONE
    2. Click on EXCHANGE
    3. Select any of preferred option for example , to send "MTN Money CI XOF " in order to receive  "Bitcoin BTC" or "Ether ETH"
    4. Enter the amount needed to SEND , or the desired amount to RECEIVE according to exchange rate offered at that time by EXCHANGER
    5. Click on EXCHANGE
    6. Enter details needed to complete the ORDER
    7. Make payment using our account and add payment transaction Hash/ID details. Confirm your order by submitting
    8. Click then on "My Exchange",  to check confirmation of your order and its history
    9. Wait for up to 1-30 minutes and up to several hours for final completion depending on digital currency selected and supporting blockchain network in the background determined by your digital currency selection
Your order on eXchanger is processed immediatly by https://eXchanger.TEL

However, it may take within 1-30 minutes to several hours, for your transaction to be fully processed and confirmed by the supporting network you chose when selecting some given digital currency.

It should be completed generally before 12 hours maximum from the time you successfully submitted your order.

If you would like to reach us about leadtime or delay for your transaction to resolve, please make sure you reach us at least after your first 12 hours leadtime period has elapsed for a given transaction.

This is because sending transactions from or to blockchain normally depends on cryptocurrency network conditions, and it doesn't matter with the network fees and it may become possible independently from our own will and capability, that orders may take more than 12-24 hours to fully processed on the blockchain unto final completion.

Typically, an increase in blockchain activity and number of transactions to be resolved on a given blockchain at the same time, for example, may result in causing a delay. This means your exchange order should still complete but it may take longer than usual depending on (blockchain) network conditions.

In the meantime, every pair offered by eXchanger, displays precisely exchange pricing and fees , so that you can decide to exchange, Buy , or Sell with very clear information about the transaction itself before you confirm it, and decide by your own with enough eace of mind to validate your ORDER on eXchanger at displayed conditions or not.

 

Your exchange rate for buying or selling digital currency through our Conversion Service at https://eXchanger.TEL is calculated as the market rate of the digital currency on eXchanger platform, plus miner’s fees determined by the size of your transaction, market volatility and your user profile on our profile as some users may get some discount due to their volume with us.

Anyway the final exchange rate will be quoted to you before you complete your transaction on eXchanger, so that you have full peace of mind when you validate your order.

When you make exchange, the price you receive is locked in, regardless of market fluctuations between executing the buy or sell and receiving the digital currency.

The price can be volatile by essence however.

In this specific scenario, it would be necessary to contact the receiving party if you know them , and seek their friendly cooperation in returning the funds.

If you do not know the owner of the address, there are no possible actions you can take to retrieve the funds.

It is even worse if you did send digital currencies to an address with error . The funds are totally lost and there is NO action of whatever kind you can take to retrieve such funds, you have lost them forever.

Because of this, it is essential to exercise caution when sending. It is always recommended that you double-check that the address you are sending to, does exactly match the address of the recipient before sending.

If you are found doing fake transactions a number of times, your account might result in being suspended or permanently blocked.
